• Traditional: Featuring authentic, hand-painted face writing designs rooted in history.
• Fusion: Newer designs that blend traditional motifs with modern artistic elements. 

Whether you choose a piece from our inventory or commission a custom design, every piece is hand-painted and unique.

We believe in a personal connection. To place an order:

• Contact Us: simply email Shailesh (shailesh@facewriting.com) or send a WhatsApp message (+91-9004045417).
• Selection: You can choose an item currently ready for shipping or request a custom commission.
• The "Real Photo" Promise: We believe in total transparency. Before you pay a single rupee, we will share real photos of the actual item you are buying. You see exactly what you get.

Payment Methods:

Once you have approved the photos of your item, you can proceed to payment.

• Domestic Orders: UPI is our preferred method.
• International Orders: We provide a secure Razorpay payment gateway link.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once payment is received, we ship your item immediately.

• Domestic Delivery: 5 to 7 days.
• International Delivery: 10 to 12 days.
• Customs & Duties: Please note that for international shipments, any additional customs duties or taxes levied by your country’s policies are the responsibility of the client.

Hassle-Free Returns & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our art. However, if something goes wrong, here is how we fix it:

Damaged Items (Replacements):  

If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it. Action Required: You must send us a request for replacement within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

"I changed my mind" (Returns):  

If the product arrives safely but you simply do not like it, you can return it.

• Refund Policy: We will refund the full price of the item.
• Shipping Deduction: Please note that the shipping charges incurred will be deducted from the final refund amount.
